The Extraordinary General Assembly of Ikarus Petroleum Industries will be held on Monday, 15/09/2014 at 11:00 AM in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the purpose of amending the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company to be in line of the new Companies Law.
