Reyadh S. Ali Al-Edrissi
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Al-Edrissi is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Investments and Mega Projects in National Industries Group. Mr. Al-Edrissi also serves as Chairman of Privatization Holding Company, Vice Chairman of Meezan Bank — Pakistan, Vice Chairman of Noortel, and a board member in Noor Financial Investment, Markaz Energy Fund, Kuwait Ceramic Company, the Investment Committee of Bouniyan Fund of the Kuwait Investment Co., Middle East Complex for Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company, and Saudi International Petrochemical Company. He has a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (1998) from Kuwait University.
Khalid Ahmad Al Saad
Deputy Chairman — Representing Specialist Environmental Services Co.
Mr. Al Saad is the Executive Manager for the Direct Investment Department in National Industries Group. He serves as Chairman of Combined National Industries Holding Company for Energy and on the boards of Bawabet Al Kuwait Holding Company, Bayan Holding Company and Gulf Franchising Holding Company.
Mubasher Hussien Sheikh, ACCA
Board Member — Representing National Global Holding Co.
Mr. Sheikh is the Group CFO at National Industries Group. He joined NIG in 2001 as Managerial Accounting and Financial Analysis Manager, and in 2008 was promoted to Group Financial Controller. He also serves as a board member of Karachi Electrical Limited / Pakistan.
Ihab Boulas, CPA, MBA
Board Member — Representing Combined National Industries Holding Company for Energy
Mr. Boulas is the National Industries Group Risk and Compliance Manager. He joined NIG in 2002 as Internal Audit Manager. He currently serves as a board member of Al Durra National Real Estate Company and Economical Holding Company.

Mr. Al-Hajery is Head of Legal Affairs in National Industries Group.

Arun Chulani
Head of Strategic Investments
Mr. Arun Chulani has over 14 years of corporate finance experience working with blue-chip companies, SWFs and private equity funds to advise them on strategy and transactions. He has strong experience in strategy, corporate restructuring and M&A across a number of industries including natural resources, infrastructure, real estate and FIG. Mr. Chulani has worked in the UK, across Europe, India and the Middle East, where he was instrumental in building up the Debt and Capital Markets team across the region for Ernst & Young. He has worked with a number of firms including Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Chartered Accountant, which he obtained while at Andersen, and is a Masters graduate from the London School of Economics.
Osama Al-Issa
Head of Asset Management and Services
Mr. Osama Al-Issa has over 35 years experience in Kuwait National Petroleum Co. (KNPC). His last position at KNPC was Deputy Managing Director for Planning and Local Marketing. He held other senior positions at KNPC including Executive Assistant Managing Director for Local Marketing and Finance and Manager, Information Services. He has also served as a board member in Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Co., Kuwait Oil Tankers Co. and Kuwait National Petroleum Co. Mr. Al-Issa has a BSc in Chemical Engineering and started his career as a Chemical Engineer at the KNPC Shuaiba Refinery.
Ibtihal Al-Nesef
Head of Business Development
Ms. Ibtihal Al Nesef has over 23 years of experience across multiple industries including Oil and Gas, Metals and Banking. She started her career in the supply operations division at the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation from 1992 to 2001. She was one of the team members to build up a unique mission statement and set up a tactical plan for the marketing sector of KPC. Her experience in the Banking industry comes from the Industrial Bank of Kuwait from 2001 to 2015 where she worked as Assistant Manager in various departments including Project Finance and Investment and Promotion. She has a successful track record of evaluating and managing the implementation of local projects with a net worth of over KD 40M in several industrial sectors. She served as a board member in the Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill Co. in Bahrain from 2004 until 2014 and has also served as the Deputy Chairperson of the Kuwait Industrial Projects Co. Ms. Al-Nesef is a graduate Chemical Engineer from Kuwait University with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, Canada (Dean's honor list).
